Changes

Hello Folks,

Recently I received a job offer from Philips,

The job offer is to act as a Black Belt in the Israeli facility.

For me that is a great honor, I feel that its a closure because my late uncle worked there as an Electronics eng. until his last day.

I believe, that an opportunity from such a great corporation is an opportunity which I must accept and give it a try.

The last year was very challenging and full of changes, but yet it was good and learningful from any aspect.

I can say that Go-Lean was a success, which I managed to elevate together with Lean Israel, Bottom Line and ofcourse I couldnt make it without the help and support from my buisness advisor Maya Goichman.

It is not the end, actually its the begining of a new chapter,

I will continue to update my blog and write about new interesting Lean issues and experiences.

I would like to take advantage of this blog post and thank my wonderful family who supported every decision I made.
